This Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) has been designed to add even greater flexibility to Avon’s revolutionary FM53™ mask and is available as an optional extra with the ST53 and ST53SD.
The addition of the STPAPR provides the additional levels of serviceability and comfort associated with powered air while still retaining the ability to switch instantly to the positive pressure SCBA mode when required. The STPAPR achieves this by utilising a Compact Demand Valve (CDV) fitted directly into the STPAPR.
The STPAPR is NIOSH certified with industrial protection under 42 CFR 84 with the FM53 and the combination cartridge, part number 033018, for protection against chlorobenzylidene malononitrile, chloroacetophenone, ammonia, chlorine, sulfur dioxide and particulates at a high efficiency level (CS/CN/ AM/CL/SD/HE).

The Avon EZAir leads a new generation of NIOSH approved compact, battery powered, modular airflow units.
Designed primarily for use with Avon Protection’s class leading FM53 and C50 full-face respirator, it is substantially lighter than traditional airflow systems while still delivering a powerful flow of cooling, purified air directly to the mask.
Avon EZAir drastically reduces mask wearing fatigue while providing the ability to breathe easier through better airflow. All of which enables the wearer to last much longer in physically taxing scenarios. And, equipped with Avon’s CTF12 filter, the wearer is fully protected from non-lethal riot agents, including tear gas and pepper spray.

Avon EZAir+TM is the newest generation of single filter airflow system, substantially smaller and lighter than traditional powered air units. Avon EZAir+ also provides the power source for all configurations of the AvonAir range.
Five years of research and development have resulted in the first CBRN air-system that delivers the benefits of a traditional Powered Air Device in a more compact and integrated system.
Modular methodology allows users to add Avon EZAir+ to existing fielded systems such as the 50 Series APR’s and convert into a two filter PAPR system for increased performance.
Avon ‘s EZAir+ continuous fresh airflow helps relieve the burden of heavy breathing enabling responders to easily communicate and reduce fatigue.
With fewer parts, Avon EZAir+ operational costs are up to 70% less than traditional airflow systems resulting in the lowest cost of ownership.

The Avon CS-PAPR™ is the newest generation of CBRN Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) designed for use in Combination Unit Respirators.
The capability to change levels of protection dependent on the threat, now provides the wearer with increased duration on target and safer operation.
Utilizing the Avon MP-PAPR module along with the patented combination hose module, the wearer can seamlessly switch between APR, PAPR and SCBA modes of protection. The single air hose connection for all modes allows the wearer to retain a clear mask cheeks for optimum weapon sighting.
The low profile shape of the Avon CS-PAPR delivers best in class integration with SCBA systems, benefiting the wearer with reduced weight and size compared to traditional systems.
Modular Methodology allows the user to either add the Avon CS-PAPR to existing fielded systems such as the FM53/4 APR and ST53 SCBA, use as a regular PAPR (Avon MP-PAPR) or revert back to the Avon EZAir configuration.

Avon Protection introduces a new generation of CBRN Powered Air Purifying Respirator, the Avon MP-PAPR™ system.
A departure from traditional rigid plastic construction systems, the Avon MP-PAPR is the world’s first flexible PAPR unit, constructed from the same field proven Chlorobutyl rubber, as used for the Avon 50 series masks range.
The Avon MP-PAPR module delivers a compact and easily integrated PAPR unit providing cooling, lower user burden and reduced pulmonary stress.
The unique shape and construction allow the wearer to mount the PAPR in multiple ways, maximizing integration while delivering higher protection levels and improved well-being.
A complete set of certifications allows the user to add Avon MP-PAPR to existing fielded systems such as the 50 Series APR’s, convert into a combination PAPR (Avon CS-PAPR) or revert back to an Avon EZAir configuration.
